Meet Li Dai and his 'why' behind Codeless Universe
Li Dai is a seasoned technical leader passionate about empowering non-technical founders to realize their visions through smart software solutions. With over 15 years of experience spanning the U.S. Air Force, Fortune 500 companies, and the startup world, Li blends deep technical expertise with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Codeless Universe was founded to combine Li's passion for entrepreneurship with his deep technical abilities. Whether getting into the coding weeds or providing high-level technical direction, his mission is to be the bridge that guides non-technical founders through the entire process of realizing their software visions.
As the technical mastermind behind Codeless Universe, Li leverages his full-stack development and architecture capabilities to guide founders from concept to successful tech deployment. His technical mastery covers cloud engineering, data pipelines, AI/ML integration, DevOps, and system design. Beyond writing production-grade code himself, Li’s superpower is technical project management - transforming novel ideas into technical roadmaps and managing cross-functional delivery.
Li also founded ESFE to mentor engineers and participated in Antler’s startup accelerator, where he collaborated with other founders to validate, strategize, and build MVPs for early-stage startups. Additionally, Li is a Stripe Certified Associate Developer and Architect and has built platforms processing over 1 trillion sessions weekly.
Prior roles include Solutions Architect at Vendia, Confluent, and top financial/cybersecurity firms. Li earned a Master's in Computer Science and Bachelor's in Applied Mathematics. He is a husband, father, and bilingual U.S. veteran based in New York.
